This policy applies to all shared hosting, VPS hosting, and WordPress hosting services.
Billing
All services are billed in advance on a recurring subscription basis unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorise Novara to charge your payment method via Stripe for the agreed fees and renewal cycle.
Cancellations
You may cancel your services at any time via your client portal or by contacting support.
Cancellation:
-
Prevents future billing
-
Does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period
You retain access to your services until the end of the paid term.
Refunds
Unless explicitly stated otherwise at the point of sale:
-
Hosting services (shared, VPS, WordPress) are non-refundable once the service period has begun
-
Setup fees are non-refundable
-
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party licences are non-refundable once provisioned
-
Refunds are not issued for partial months or unused time
Where a discretionary refund is approved, it will be returned via Stripe to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, Stripe may automatically retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding:
-
Services may be suspended
-
Data may be rendered inaccessible after suspension
-
Continued non-payment may result in termination
Chargebacks
You agree to contact Novara before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorised or abusive chargebacks may result in immediate suspension or termination of services and recovery of associated fees.
